REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your purchase! We stand behind our quality and offer a 100% quality guarantee on any items purchased from our store. Because our orders are custom produced, we only offer order cancellations for items that have not gone into production. Make sure to double check our size chart. To see if your order still qualifies for cancellation, please contact customer service.
We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons:
- The product is flawed.
- The print quality is poor.
- The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site.
Please email us from our contact form with a photo of the product you received along with detail shots you wish to include. We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear.
Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.
How long does a replacement, refund, or return take to process?
We review claims within 72 hours. After determining that your order qualifies for a replacement or exchange, domestic orders will typically ship 5-10 days from the claim approval date. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & International orders please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Qualified refunds are processed immediately, but it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your method of payment.
If we request that your item is returned to us, we’ll send the exchange or qualified refund your way after receiving your return. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping rates.
My clothing doesn't fit. What do I do?
You may exchange unworn, unused, and unwashed apparel items for a different size within 30 business days of the delivery date. We can only accept apparel exchanges for a different size, in the same style and color that was originally ordered.
Please note that because our items are custom printed, we can only exchange once. Make sure to double check our size chart, which is also linked on the item's page.
I received an item I didn’t order
We are sorry to hear you received an item that you did not order. Please contact costumer service before you return this item to us with a note on the return form that you did not order this item.
If this item was delivered instead of the item you ordered, we would ask you to re-order the correct item. If you have already paid for this, you will be refunded as soon as we have processed the return in our warehouse. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return/exchange shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
